We drove around the lake stopping at various lookouts. The deep blue water of this so deep lake left us awestruck with amazement. This excitement left us kind of tired and instead of leaving the park and come back the next day we decided to stay and enjoy our RV with a marvelous lake view. We pulled into a shady rest area, cooked some dinner and passed out shortly after that.
The next morning we decided to hike up to Mount Scott. It is the highest peak in Crater National Park.
