FIRST SIGHT OF A GREAT LAKE

Sandusky, Ohio, Marblehead Lighthouse State Park

First time as far west as Ohio. Excited to be near the great lakes, I wanted to stay at the first lake stop. It was no less than the town of Sandusky. We checked into KOA Camp Bayshore in Sandusky located at one of the arms of Lake Erie. After doing some work, we went to check out the small lake town and learned about some of the history.
